静电粉末喷涂法的工作原理与一般的液态涂料的静电喷涂法几乎完全相同,不同之处在于粉末喷涂是分散的,而不是雾化的。它是靠静电粉末喷枪喷出来的涂料,在分散的同时使粉末粒子带负电荷,带电荷的粉末粒子受气流(或离心力等其他作用力)和静电引力的作用,涂着到接地的被涂物上,再加热熔融固化成膜。静电粉末喷涂法是在工业涂装领域中占主导位置的粉末涂装法。 The working principle of electrostatic powder spraying method is almost the same as that of general liquid coating. The difference is that the powder spraying is dispersed, not atomized. It is a kind of coating sprayed by an electrostatic powder spray gun, which makes the powder particles carry negative charges while dispersing. The charged powder particles are applied to the grounded coating under the action of air flow (or centrifugal force and other forces) and electrostatic attraction, and then heated and melted to form a film. Electrostatic powder spraying is a kind of powder coating method which occupies a leading position in the field of industrial coating. |
