喷塑设备保养的基本常识
Basic knowledge of spray equipment maintenance
每日的维护保养：除必须做每班/每日清理工作外,需要检查空气压缩机、空气干燥器工作是否正常,工件接地电阻是否正常(正常小于1兆欧)。
Daily maintenance: in addition to cleaning every shift / day, it is necessary to check whether the air compressor and air dryer work normally and whether the workpiece grounding resistance is normal (normal less than 1 megohm).
每周的维护保养：供粉筒:清理所有的粉末,清扫干净,检查流化板时否受到污染.注意!在清理粉末时,不能用硬物刮擦流化板.否则将使流化板失去作用。
Weekly maintenance: powder supply cylinder: clean all the powder, clean it, and check whether the fluidizing plate is polluted. Attention! When cleaning the powder, do not scrape the fluidizing plate with hard objects. Otherwise, the fluidizing plate will lose its function.
回收组件的保养:清除所有的粉末,清扫干净,检查传送泵内是否有积粉、粉块,如有,用压缩空气清理干净.滤芯上的粉末或更换新滤芯;检查流化板是否受到污染。
Maintenance of recovery components: remove all the powder, clean it, check whether there is powder or powder block in the transfer pump, if any, clean it with compressed air. The powder on the filter element or replace it with a new filter element; check whether the fluidization plate is polluted.
