粉末喷涂利用静电喷涂的原理把干燥粉末状物吸附在金属铝型材上经过200℃以上高温烧烤后粉状物固化成为一层约60微米厚坚固光亮的涂层。使产品表面平整光滑色泽均匀具极强的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐撞性、耐磨损能长期经受强烈紫外辐射和酸雨的侵蚀不出现涂层粉化、褪色、脱落等现象。粉末喷涂铝型材在正常条件下使用寿命达30年。其表面涂层在5-10年内保证不褪色、不变色、不龟裂。其耐候性及而腐蚀性均优于普通铝材颜色多样化。

The surface of the product is smooth and even, with strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, collision resistance and wear resistance. It can withstand strong UV radiation and acid rain for a long time without coating pulverization, fading, peeling off and other phenomena. The service life of powder sprayed aluminum profiles is up to 30 years under normal conditions. The surface coating shall not fade, change color or crack within 5-10 years. Its weatherability and corrosion resistance are better than that of common aluminum.
