粉末喷塑设备中喷粉房生产是喷涂生产过程中的关键工序,粉末喷涂型材表面质量的好坏关键在于喷涂过程中各项工艺参数的控制。除了工艺参数以外, 一些必要的细小环节也应要注意:

1、喷枪的位置:喷枪应保持一定的倾斜度,偏向于型材运行的方向,喷枪在排列上保持竖向平行,端头部分保持在一条直线上,喷枪之间不应有重叠部分,上、下喷枪的位置以粉末覆盖所有型材为宜。

2、粉末的回收再利用:吸附于型材表面的粉末仅占所有喷枪出粉量的1/3左右,散落在喷房内的粉末较多,回收粉必须与新添加粉按适当的比例混合使用,效果比较好,所以粉末喷涂过程中粉末应及时回收再利用。

3、喷房内的封闭性：粉末容易受到外界空气悬浮物的污染,喷粉后型材表面容易产生絮状物或缩孔,经烘烤后影响到型材表面的平整性,所以喷房应采取封闭措施,防止污染物的侵入。
